Peat fibre mixture made from white and black peat fibres

A wonderful natural product made from pure peat fibres, obtained as a by-product in the manufacturing process of our peat granulate. This is mainly the residues of leaf sheaths from hare's tail cotton grass (Eriophorum vaginatum), grown and preserved in moorland.

Ideal for breeding programmes for the splendid killifish and other substrate spawners.

Like all other our peat products, peat fibres also slightly reduce carbonate hardness and pH, while at the same time releasing valuable humic and mineral substances into the aquarium water.
