If you have any case of complaints and claims, or for questions and problems please call our customer service from Monday to Saturday from 10 am to 1 pm and Monday to Friday from 3 to 6 pm under the mentioned telephone number. If you do not reach us directly, you can also leave a message on the answering machine. We will call you back if you wish.

We request you to put general aquaristic problems and questions forward for discussion preferably in Supportforum. There, you can give advice to other customers on one hand and on the other hand, you can read the questions and answers which are accessible to every interested reader and not only to the questioner, hence allowing everyone to benefit from them.
