Payment options

Prepayment

This is the normal bank transfer, which you have to initiate yourself after order confirmation, either via online form or natural at your local bank. We dispatch your order after receipt of payment.
You will receive a 2 % discount on the invoice amount (except books!).

Sale on invoice

Possible from your second order onwards. If a bill is not settled within 30 days after it is received, a delay in payment according to § 286 BGB (German Civil Code) occurs. As far as the payer is consumer, we hereby explicitly refer to the occurrence of default according to preceding information.

Direct Debit Authorization

We charge the invoice amount approx. 7 days after delivery.

Please send me your declaration of consent in written form or at least by fax.
This is the safest method of payment for you, as unauthorized or wrong debit entries can be immediately cancelled by your bank without giving reasons.
When you opt for bank collection and your bank does not redeem the debit entry, I charge a fee of 10.- € for administrative and bank expenses.
It is optional for the customer to provide evidence for a lesser damage.

If your written direct debit authorization contains wrong personal or bank data and the direct debit authorization can therefore not be redeemed by the bank or if it is suspected that you were already not able or willing to pay for the delivery at the time you executed the order, I will file fraud charges.

Only possible for German bank accounts.

Cash/Cheque

Cash payment or payment by check is possible in particular cases (but please only after prior consent).

Cash on delivery (DPD)

Only possible when selecting DPD as shipping option.

Possible for deliveries in Germany (+ 9.52 €), to Belgium, Luxembourg, the Netherlands, Czech Republic, Hungary and Austria (each + 14.88 €).

Credit cards

After clicking the »order« button you will be redirected to the DirectPOS payment portal.

Paypal

If you have a Paypal account, you can use this online payment service.
Usually you will be redirected to the PayPal website after the checkout process to perform your payment. You may also authorize the payment stating the order number direct to info@drak.de.

Sofortbanking (Immediately money transfer)

If you have an online bank account with PIN/TAN procedure, you can pay by immediately bank transfer from your online banking account. All you need is your account number, bank code, PIN and TAN. The order will be shipped immediately upon receipt of payment by the Payment Network AG. An order which is paid for with “Sofortbanking” will be handled immediately by us, without waiting for the receipt of payment and has therefore compared to the normal bank transfer a time advantage of about 2 - 3 days.
