Technical steps for the conclusion of the contract

The contract between you and DRAK-Aquaristik Dr. Andreas Kremser is concluded in following way:

You may select any article from the online offer and put them in your cart by clicking on the »into shopping cart« button.

You may change or delete the contents of your cart by clicking in the menu bar on »Shopping basket«. You can change the items with your mouse or by pressing your keys.
Please double-click your mouse on the item you want to change and overwrite your entry. Afterwards, you have to click on »update«, as otherwise, your changes can not be stored. If you wish to delete an item, simply click on the red cross.

By clicking the button »cash box« or the menu item »Cash« you are forwarded to a site on which you can either log in with your e-mail address or your customer number (“Login”) or if you use the shop for the first time, you have to register with your personal information.

After that you are forwarded to the site shipping information, on which you can enter the delivery address and select the shipping service. Here, you can also obtain the charges for deliveries to foreign countries.

When clicking the button »continue« you are forwarded to a site on which you can select the Method of Payment (including the details for the chosen method of payment). You may also enter a different billing address here. Subsequently you accept the General Terms and Conditions of Use by clicking the checkbox »Hereby i accept your General Terms and Conditions of Use« with a left mouse click (You may also download the conditions as a pdf-file, in order to have them at your availability at any time). Here you also have the possibility to enter a comment concerning your order. With another mouse click on »continue« you are forwarded to the next site.

Here you get a summary, including your delivery and billing address, the dispatch type, the method of payment and the entire order including all additional charges. You also have the possibility to change all data again before you place your order.
Here you will notice the Information about the customer’s right of withdrawal, which can also be found in the left menu bar in the group »Legal Notices«.

At top and bottom of this site you see a button »order«. If you click on this button, you give DRAK-Aquaristik Dr. Andreas Kremser a binding declaration to order the items in your shopping cart.
After sending your order, you immediately receive a confirmation on the order. This automatic acknowledgement of receipt merely records that we have received your order and does not form any acceptance of the order.
We are entitled to accept your order within 5 days of receipt by sending a confirmation of order or to send you the goods ordered within this period. If the period expires without result, the offer counts as having been refused, so that no agreement to purchase exists.

The contract (your order) is stored. You can view the general terms and conditions (GTC) at any time on www.drak.de/shop/ and save it on your computer. The specific order data will be sent via email and are available if you are registered in the customer area under »Your account«.

If you do not click the button »order«, but on another link or if you close the browser, no order is placed. I advise you to log out (by clicking »Logoff« in the menu bar), in order to delete all personal data in the browser or in the cache memory.

If you do not wish to place an order after filling your cart, please note following information:
As long as you have not logged in, the cart is automatically emptied after you close the browser window. When you were logged in, the contents of the cart are saved and will be displayed to you the next time you log in. If you do not wish that, you have to explicitly delete your cart before leaving the shop.
