§5 “Privacy policy″

If there is a possibility to enter personal or business information on this website, this information is disclosed by the user on an expressly voluntary basis. This information is not communicated to third parties without your express permission.
Use of our service is permitted - in so far as technically possible and acceptable - even without disclosing such information or by disclosing anonymous information or using a pseudonym. Further important information on the subject of data protection is available in our Privacy policy.

We point out that data transmission via the internet (e.g. communication by e-mail) may involve security flaws. Full protection of data against access by third parties is not possible.

Use of the contact details published in accordance with the obligation to publish such details by third parties to send unsolicited advertising and information material is hereby expressly prohibited.
The operators of  DRAK-Aquaristik expressly reserve the right to take legal action in the case of unsolicited sending of advertising information, for example via spam mails.

§6 Registration and password

The user is obliged to treat the combination of user name and password confidentially and not to communicate them to third parties. If misuse of the access details is suspected, the operators are to be informed.

§7 Disclaimer

§7.1 Liability for contents

The contents of our pages were created with great care. However, we cannot guarantee that the contents are correct, complete and up-to-date. As a service provider, we are responsible for our own contents on these pages in accordance with general legislation pursuant to § 7 section 1 TMG.  However, in accordance with §§ 8 to 10 TMG, we are not obliged as a service provider to monitor transmitted or stored third-party information or to research circumstances which indicate illegal activity. Obligations to remove or block use of information in accordance with general legislation remain unaffected. However, such liability is only possible from the time when a concrete infringement of the law becomes known. If such infringements of the law become known, we will remove these contents immediately.

§7.2 Liability for links

Our website contains links to external websites of third parties, the contents of which are outside our area of influence. For this reason, we cannot accept responsibility for these third-party contents. The relevant provider or operator of  these sites is responsible for the contents of the sites to which links are provided. The linked sites were checked for possible violations of the law at the time of linking. Illegal contents were not apparent at the time of linking. However, permanent checking of the contents of the linked pages is not possible without concrete indications of a violation of the law.  If such infringements of the law become known, we will remove such links immediately.
