Hatching the nauplia?

Unfortunately, it won't work. Once the nauplia have been decapsulated, they will die as soon as they are dried for storage.
If you want to or have to produce guaranteed shell-free nauplia in this way, the only thing you can do is to undertake chemical decapsulation yourself and immediately afterwards transfer the cysts to a proper hatching container.
