Long Term Fertilizer / Full Iron Fertilizer - Automatical Daily Fertilizing

According to the size of the aquarium the fertilizer reserve consists of a hand-full of material, ready for application and packaged in a plastic mesh-bag. The material system (Aquafim^®) itself is non soluble and does not give-up any undesired substances into the water. Once in usage, day after day a measured amount of fertilizer is released. Through this constant steady release there is no so-called “increased step of concentration”, what has a positive effect on both plants and animals - and all that without having to purchase an expensive and sensitive electro-mechanical dosage pump.

Release Time: 3 months

Different sizes, at any one time suitable for 60 / 100 / 180 / 250 / 400 / 500 l aquariums with average planting. For larger pools, simply use more than one plastic mesh-bag. Place in the filter or another location with good water through-put. Before the first usage flush through well using fresh water. The application can be stopped at any time by simply removing the plastic mesh-bag from the water (but please be careful because the fertilizer solution contains heavy metal components, like iron and manganese that can cause difficult to remove marks and so please use an insensitive underlay).

The release of nutrients corresponds to a weekly dosage of 10 ml (per 100 l unit) of a full iron fertilizer with the following content:

3,000 mg/l potassium; 1,000 mg/l iron; 750 mg/l magnesium; 400 mg/l manganese; 60 mg/l boron; 25 mg/l copper; 20 mg/l molybdenum; 20 mg/l zinc; 10 mg/l cobalt; 10 mg/l nickel; 5 mg/l iodide; 5 mg/l lithium; 5 mg/l aluminum; 5 mg/l tin; 5 mg/l fluoride; 2,5 mg/l vanadium, EDTA, HEEDTA, DTPA, NTA, ascorbic acid

Ferrdrakon Power replaces the application of Ferrdrakon and Daydrakon!

After large water exchanges and/or in pools with a very large requirement for fertilizer it is a good idea to fertilize the fresh water with half the recommended dose of Ferrdrakon or Ferrdrakon K (when a larger need for potassium exists). It serves then as a replacement for the fertilizer lost when exchanging the water.

Even if you consider not to use Ferrdrakon Power through-out the year, it remains regardless an ideal preparation to use, to bridge over the up-coming holiday period:
