As many people only add fertiliser to their aquariums once a week and this generally works well, the fertiliser is not completely used up within 24 hours or does not spoil even if added daily, the time of daily addition of fertiliser is actually completely irrelevant.
To maintain a certain routine and not become confused, I would recommend always adding fertiliser at the same time.
