General Terms and Conditions of Use

§ 1 Validity

By placing an order, the customer agrees to the General Terms and Conditions of Use. If one or more clauses of these General Terms and Conditions of Use should become invalid, the remaining clauses still remain valid.

The UN sales law is not applicable.

 

§ 2 Prices

The prices stated are gross prices and include the German value added tax of currently 19 % or 7 % (reduced rate). The shop prices are effective according to the prices listed on this web site. As far price increases become necessary (e.g. due to increased supplier prices), we publish a notification as soon as possible and adjust the prices on the deadline stated.

When sending deliveries to countries outside the EU, we only charge net prices. Possible custom fees and individual import turnover taxes fall under the customer's responsibility and liability.

§ 4 Conclusion of the Contract

The contract language is German. The presentation of the products in our online shop is not a legally binding offer, but not binding online catalogue. After entering your personal information and by clicking the »buy now« button in the final step of the ordering process, you give DRAK-Aquaristik Dr. Andreas Kremser a binding declaration to order the items in your shopping cart.

After sending your order, you immediately receive a confirmation on the order. This automatic acknowledgement of receipt merely records that we have received your order and does not form any acceptance of the order.

We are entitled to accept your order within 5 days of receipt by sending a confirmation of order or to send you the goods ordered within this period. If the period expires without result, the offer counts as having been refused, so that no agreement to purchase exists.
